CUSTOM REQUESTS

If you would like to request a custom piece please provide the details
of the piece you are envisioning, including any materials such as metal type, stones to be used, sizing, etc., along with your email in the contact page comment section. I will contact you to discuss the time and cost of your design. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for defective products upon arrival and you must contact me within 3 days to discuss either repair or return of said item. 
30% restocking fee up to 30 days after delivery and no returns after 30 days.
 

REPAIRS

Any repairs after 3 days of receiving your item will have to be discussed to determine the possibility of success. Many stones cannot take the heat of soldering to repair or size a piece. In many cases a piece would have to be made again. The cost of repair would be determined prior to the work. SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority mail. Your tracking number will be provided to the email on file when the item is received by USPS. Lost or stolen mail will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry should always be removed while bathing, exercising, or sleeping. I always say, 

“If you wouldn’t do this activity in your wedding dress you shouldn’t do it in your jewelry!”

Avoid sprays, lotions and oils directly on your jewelry. Sterling silver will patina if exposed to oxygen. If you like the high shine of your piece, store it in a sealed plastic bag and insert an anti-tarnish strip. These can be found inexpensively at your local jewelry store or online. Each order will come with a polishing cloth. Simply rub gently on the sterling and a high shine will return. Certain stones can be damaged in jewelry cleaner. I recommend warm water and a soft toothbrush if you need more than the cloth.
